Giving Back

Here at TeenVGN HQ we're all about giving back.. Which is why we regularly donate to these amazing sanctuaries/organisations!

Originally from the UK, Abi and Mike moved to Spain looking for a simpler life closer to nature. Everything changed when they discovered the truth about what was happening to farm animals and they couldn’t ignore it.

In January 2013 they opened the first ever sanctuary in Galicia, Northern Spain, for abused and abandoned farm animals.

Mino Valley Farm Sanctuary believes that animals deserve our respect, love and kindness, and they fight everyday to make this a reality. They are a non-profit organisation that receives no financial help from the government. Their survival is 100% dependent on the kindness and generosity of people like you. To continue with their ongoing success and ability to provide a safe place for abused and neglected farm animals, they need our help!

All Creatures Great and Small Animal Sanctuary based in South East Wales was founded in 1992. The Sanctuary operates a programme of rehabilitation and re-homing of injured, abused, unwanted and orphaned animals.

The Sanctuary is funded by public donation and receives no government funding. The annual running cost's of the Sanctuary amount to £250,000. They rely on public donations of blankets, sheets, towels, cat and dog food. You can donate here.

ACGAS aims to provide animals with the best quality Veterinary Care. They tirelessly campaign for a better quality of life for all animals and to do what they can to help them avoid any pain or unnecessary suffering.

TeenVGN are friends of the sanctuary and rescued Pippin from All Creatures Great and Small in August 2013!

An oasis of discovery and development, repose, and renewal, Wishing Well Sanctuary is a centre for personal growth, inner peace, healing and joy. This delightful retreat is located just 45 minutes from central Toronto, Canada.

A peace pole was raised at the inaugural Wishing Well Sanctuary Open House, held in May 2012. On it are inscribed the words "May Peace Prevail On Earth" in Braille, English, French, Ojibway, Sanskrit, Hebrew and paw prints. We are all connected!

Wishing Well Sanctuary is a charitable organization; all donations will assist in feeding and caring for the animals at the Sanctuary and also assist in providing programs to youth and their families who otherwise could not afford to attend.

TeenVGN were lucky enough to have a Tour of Wishing Well Sanctuary in December 2015 and we fell in love with the animals, the sanctuary and the people running it. We couldn't be happier to support them in anyway we possibly can - we hope you will too!

As part of our "TeenVGN Gives Back" Scheme we donate a few pounds to different animal charities/organisations on Tuesdays throughout the year. We welcome suggestions of who we should donate to for #CharityTuesday, so please email: [email protected]
